  5. Cake flour(unsieved) 1 cup=125g
  6. Bread flour(unsieved) 1 cup=135g
  7. Cornflour(unsieved) 1 Tbsp=8g
  8. Gelatin powder 1 Tbsp=9g
  9. Baking powder 1 Tsp=4.8g
  10. Cream of tartar 1Tsp=2.25g
